First stock of the Splice Stool finally arrives!

Now available to order from our online store, we're excited to finally be able to get the Splice Stool to market. It's been a long journey!

This was the design that started the first steps of the böja story back in 2010. The idea from the beginning was to step away from the traditional tropical aesthetic of rattan furniture, creating instead simple and elegant designs through clever structural geometry, taming the flexible material. We did this also by developing a unique tapering splice joint that you'll see across our range, creating a natural transition between components. The splice stool is entirely made by hand, a true test of craftsmanship.
